The Flurries at the Towne Crier Cafe in Beacon, NY. June of 2023. The Flurries of Beacon, NY bring their energetic stage show back to their hometown stage of The Towne Crier. They are a rock’n’roll trio led by Jerry Lee, their charismatic singer/guitarist/songwriter … with the tight, driving rhythm section of Peter McCaw on bass & Neil Green on drums. The Flurries blend rockabilly, radio-ready modern rock & instantly enjoyable melodies to create their signature sound. The Flurries have released two full length albums, “Colour Show,” & their most recent, “Tail of the Comet,” both releases containing 12 tracks written by Jerry Lee, with the third album in the works. Their show brings a flurry of three-minute-gems, with Jerry’s voice going from soaring melodies to a rock’n’roll growl!
